Drone360 Imagery

Measurements from the air that hold up on the ground.

Drone360 Imagery has been flying for Alberta engineering, infrastructure, construction, energy and agricultural clients since 2016. Advanced RPAS certified, insured to $7.5 million, and priced by what you receive rather than by hours in the air.

What we are hired to do

Nine services
01

Aerial mapping and terrain models

Orthomosaics, terrain and surface models, contours and point clouds captured with RTK positioning to a stated accuracy.

Ortho / DTM / contours
02

Volumetric and stockpile measurement

Material volumes and cut and fill figures reported against a stated reference surface, on a repeatable cycle.

Volumes / cut and fill
03

Area and quantity measurement

Measured areas and quantities reconciled in a workbook and shown over a scaled image anyone can verify.

Takeoffs / reconciliation
04

Thermal imaging and inspection

Radiometric thermal capture for hot spots, moisture, electrical and mechanical faults, and heat signature search support.

Radiometric / search
05

Asset and structure inspection

Close visual inspection of structures and assets that are difficult, expensive or hazardous to reach on foot.

Close visual / condition
06

Multispectral crop and vegetation mapping

Index maps that show plant stress before it is visible to the eye, flown on your schedule rather than a satellite's.

NDVI / NDRE
07

Construction and project progress documentation

Repeat capture from logged positions, so this month lines up with last month and the sequence reads as progress.

Recurring / same frame
08

Aerial photography, video and event coverage

Cinematic aerial film, facility and property imagery, and live event coverage with standoff planned in advance.

Cinematic / events
09

Aerial lidar capture

High density lidar for ground surface beneath vegetation, captured with RGB in the same mobilisation.

Bare earth / canopy

The track record

Since 2016
150,000

Solar panels screened in a single operating day

Utility scale array, running as a recurring semi annual program

250.9 m

Alberta's tallest tower inspected for water ingress

Launched from the roof and flown down the facade, no access equipment

324 acres

Construction site mapped weekly for two to three years

A continuous record, not a folder of site photos

2

Ring roads measured, Edmonton and Calgary

76,071 m² across 83 discrete patches on one program alone

8 m

Standoff on wind turbine blade inspection

Close enough to resolve what a ground crew cannot see

In service

Flare stacks inspected while running

Debris and condition checked at height without a shutdown

5+ years

Aggregate sites mapped on a recurring cycle

126+ missions delivered for a single platform client

0.01 m

RMSE reported at 2.51 cm per pixel

Measured against checkpoints rather than assumed

Found

Missing dogs, and one cow, returned to their owners

Thermal search across farmland, bush and treeline

Drainage

Farm land mapped for water movement and crop health

Where the water goes, and which acres are paying for it

One flight

Marketing media and site documentation together

Film, stills, 360 panoramas and an interactive 3D model

Read the twelve case studies, each with the challenge, the method, the airspace picture and the figures the capture returned.

Scoped to a deliverable, not to flight hours

A quote from Drone360 states the accuracy method, the outputs and the delivery window as one project value. There is no meter running while the aircraft is in the air, and no surprise about what arrives at the end.

For mapping work you choose the positioning approach that suits the decision the data has to support: internally consistent relative geometry, live corrected absolute positioning, or a checkpoint verified capture where the residual error is measured and reported.
