Ring road pavement measurement

A paving contractor needed measured quantities across a live ring road corridor. 76,071 m² of pavement across 83 discrete patches was captured and reconciled into a multi tab comparison workbook with a PDF scan report showing every polygon over the orthomosaic. Flight authorization was coordinated through the neighbouring military airspace before the window opened.

Aggregate pit terrain capture

An environmental engineering client required real world coordinates for pit volumes. The capture used NTRIP absolute positioning on the Mavic 3E, producing 1,000 aligned frames at 2.51 cm/px with 0.01 m RMSE. RTK tagged source imagery was delivered alongside processed outputs so the client's own photogrammetry software could reprocess independently.

Landfill thermal hot spot program

Subsurface hot spot detection across an active landfill, flown pre dawn on the Mavic 3T at 100 m AGL for a 13 cm/px thermal ground sample distance with 90 percent front and 85 percent side overlap. Findings were issued as a print ready field data sheet with the thermal orthomosaic.

Wind farm asset position program

An 83 turbine site required a verified position file before any aircraft mobilised. Positions were built from the national turbine dataset, cross checked against client records and delivered as a KMZ, with image licensing and usage rights issued as a standalone document alongside the services agreement.

Golf course terrain model

A club needed accurate terrain for course planning without the cost and mobilisation of a lidar payload. RTK photogrammetry on the Mavic 3E, processed through WebODM Lightning, produced the terrain model and contour set, with a separate menu of visual assets available for club marketing use.

Institutional build and opening day

Construction documented through the build, then live coverage on opening day with outdoor flight held at roughly 30 m standoff from the gathering and a separate interior flight of the empty building with no occupants present. Delivered as a 90 second edited film with one revision round.
