What we collect through this site
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, company, email, phone and the details of the project you are asking about. There are no advertising trackers and no third party analytics scripts on this site.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to our client management system, which is operated by Wix, and are used to respond to your enquiry and to manage the resulting project. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Aerial imagery captured on projects
Project imagery is retained for one year from the capture date and stored in access controlled cloud storage. Copyright in the imagery remains with Drone360 Imagery Ltd., and clients receive a broad perpetual licence to use it. Imagery is not published or used in our own marketing without the client's written permission.
Flights are planned to avoid capturing identifiable individuals or neighbouring private property where that is not necessary to the work. If you believe you have been incidentally captured in imagery and want it addressed, contact us and we will deal with it.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@drone360imagery.ca and we will action it.
