Are you licensed and insured?

Drone360 Imagery holds Transport Canada Advanced RPAS operations certification, carries $7.5 million liability coverage through Coverdrone and maintains WCB Alberta coverage. Certificates of insurance and WCB clearance letters are issued the same day they are requested.

What does Advanced certification allow that Basic does not?

Advanced certification permits flight in controlled airspace, near people and near aerodromes. A Basic certified operator cannot legally do any of that, which rules out most urban construction sites, most corridor work and every event with people present.

How quickly can you get on site?

Capital Region work is usually same day to 48 hours, weather and airspace permitting. Calgary and the Peace region run on planned mobilisation windows. Fort McMurray and remote work are planned as multi day programs.

How fast do deliverables come back?

Three to five business days for most mapping and measurement work, 48 hours for construction progress imagery, and five to ten business days for an edited film. Rush turnaround is available and priced accordingly.

What if the weather does not cooperate?

The flight moves. Wind, precipitation and light all affect whether a capture meets the specification, and flying anyway to hit a date produces data nobody can use. Rescheduling for weather does not carry a charge.

Do you work outside Alberta?

Yes. Programs have been delivered in Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Quebec through a coordinated network of certified pilots operating under the Drone360 subcontractor services agreement, with insurance minimums enforced before dispatch. You hold one contract and receive one invoice.

Can we get the raw imagery?

Yes. RTK tagged source imagery is available on request, which suits teams processing in their own photogrammetry software.

How long do you keep our files?

Files are retained for one year from the capture date. Re issuing a delivery after the download link has expired is available for a small administrative fee.

Who owns the imagery?

Copyright stays with Drone360 Imagery and clients receive a broad perpetual licence to use the imagery for their own purposes. Licensing terms are issued as a standalone document alongside the services agreement.

Do you need someone on site during the flight?

Not usually, though a site contact is helpful for access and for anything that has changed since scoping. On industrial sites, orientation and escort requirements are handled as part of mobilisation.

Can you complete our vendor prequalification paperwork?

Yes. Certificates of insurance, WCB clearance, safety documentation and vendor onboarding packages are completed before mobilisation rather than chased afterward.

What areas do you cover?

Edmonton and the Capital Region as home base, plus Calgary, Red Deer, Fort McMurray, Fort Saskatchewan, Grande Prairie and the rest of Alberta. Out of province work is delivered through the pilot network.
