Payment is settled before the flight. A search is a same day job, so the fee is confirmed and paid up front, before the aircraft leaves the case.The fee covers the flight, not the outcome. The cost is the same whether a heat signature turns up in the first ten minutes or the last, and the same if nothing is found. You are paying for a trained pilot, a thermal aircraft and a systematic search of the area.We are eyes in the sky. Drone360 locates and reports positions. Approaching, catching, handling or transporting the animal stays with you and your ground team. A frightened animal is best approached by someone it knows.We fly the areas you point us to wherever it is legal and safe to do so. Airspace rules, property boundaries, weather, light and wind all set the limits, and we will tell you plainly which parts of a search area we are able to cover.

How we work, before you send this
Quotes are scoped, not estimated. You receive one project value with the positioning method, the deliverables and the delivery window stated. There is no hourly rate and no meter running while the aircraft is up.Weather and airspace set the schedule. Where conditions would produce data that fails the quoted specification, the flight moves at no charge. Authorization is arranged before the window rather than on the day.Your data stays yours to use. Copyright in the imagery stays with Drone360 and you receive a broad perpetual licence for your own business purposes. We publish nothing from your project without written permission.Businesses are invoiced, individuals pay up front. Companies, contractors, municipalities and organisations are invoiced on delivery against a purchase order or signed quote, with no deposit. Work booked personally rather than through a business is settled before the flight. Whichever applies to you is stated in your quote before you commit to anything.Files are held for twelve months from the capture date in access controlled storage, so keep your own copies of anything you need beyond that.
